Coception is a boutique HR consultancy based in Melbourne, Australia. Armed with a vision to transform the traditional offshoring model for IT teams, Founder Adrian Roshan engaged Little Village Creative to develop a unique and compelling brand identity for his new venture.

Inspired by Coception's mission to transcend cultural and geographical barriers in the IT industry, we symbolised the concept of collaboration through the joining of letters within the wordmark. The serif typeface gives the brand a boutique feel, along with a distinctive tonal green colour palette that's friendly and welcoming.

Not only is Adrian thrilled with the end result, he enjoyed the journey too:
