Allan Cardozo

For more than eleven years I’ve worked in usability and digital strategy projects, transforming complex problems into meaningful solutions. I'm a Design Director at Rappi, a unicorn super app present in 9 countries and more than 200 cities, where I'm in charge of creating new products that break down barriers and democratizes solutions. As a leader, I develop talents and help the design culture to grow through systemic thinking and empathy. As a professor and mentor, I offer guidance sessions and have created courses that encourage people to apply UX design throughout Latin America. At universities, I teach UX Design, Digital Innovation, and User Research. As a speaker, I've talked at remarkable Latin design conferences like Interaction Latin America 19 and APICON 18. Finally, I'm a designer.
