What personal information do we collect from the people that visit our website?
When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you will be asked to enter your name, email address, phone number, credit card information or other details to help you with your experience. How do we protect your information?
Our website is scanned on a regular basis for security holes and known vulnerabilities in order to make your visit to our site as safe as possible. While your credit card number is validated on the Site, your credit card number and payment details are stored exclusively by our third party payment providers and not by us.
We use regular Malware Scanning
Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. In addition, all sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. COPPA (Children Online Privacy Protection Act)
When it comes to the collection of personal information from children under the age of 13 years old, the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) puts parents in control. Is there a time limit within which the design should have been made?
Yes. All designs should be no older than 5 years old.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Cancellation & Refund Policy
When submitting an entry(s), Indigo Award offers refunds within 5 days after the submission in case the user considers indigoaward.com hasn’t complied with the service proposal.
Users should note that submitting an entry(s) does not guarantee a winning place in Indigo Award.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance and additional information. When you request a full refund, your original transaction fee is credited back to you minus the payment processing fee.
