Anshu is a Product Design Leader at Roblox, where she works at the forefront of AI and new product experiences. She has spent her career designing products across consumer, enterprise, and B2B, from being one of the first designers at Sprinklr as it grew into a unicorn to now leading design at Roblox. Anshu is an active voice in the design community, writing and speaking about AI, agentic UX, and the changing role of the product designer. She also teaches and mentors designers navigating this emerging field. Her work sits at the intersection of design practice and the future of technology, with a focus on helping define how the next generation of AI-powered products should be designed.
