Fabio Delton

Fabio is responsible for Commercial Banking Italy Network Communications & Programs at UniCredit, one of the leading commercial banks operating in 14 European countries. He has extensive experience in the areas of internal communication, employee experience and engagement, user experience design, online communications, social media, and innovating digital channels evolution. He steered the project of the new Group Intranet, thanks to which UniCredit was the first Italian company to appear on the list of the ten best corporate Intranets in the Nielsen Norman’s Intranet Design Annual 2015; the project has been a spot for the exhaustive adoption of the User-Centered Design methodology. Before joining the Commercial Banking Italy Communication department, he lead the Social & Digital Internal Communication and the Learning & Executive Development teams in the Holding of UniCredit and the Internet and Remote Banking activities in the Italian Retail bank of the banking group.
