Raymond is a Chief Creative Officer based in Aotearoa (NZ). He helms RUN Aotearoa with Co-Founder Laura Cibilich. Raymond is Indigenous to Aotearoa and he merges Māori culture with traditional advertising creativity. He has worked at the highest level of advertising for over 20 years in most of the creative agency networks. He now runs his own highly awarded agency for clients in New Zealand and globally. McKay has been acknowledged and has judged at most of the major award ceremonies including Cannes Lions, D&AD, One Show, Art Directors Club, Spikes Asia, Lynx Dubai and more.
