Saakshi Goel is a senior product designer at Microsoft, where she designs experiences for building and working with AI agents in Copilot Studio. Her work focuses on a practical challenge: as AI systems take on more complex tasks, people need clear ways to understand what those systems are doing, test their behavior, and make informed decisions about using them. Saakshi has led design for generative AI features and helped shape how agent behavior is shown to the people building and managing them. Her current work spans agent building and readiness.
