Shuting Jiang is a product designer with a decade of experience across digital product design, enterprise SaaS, AI-integrated experiences, and inclusive UX. She is currently a Senior Product Designer at Madhive, a leading US AdTech platform, where she leads design for its agentic AI product, from its design system to conversation design and agent-to-UI research. She is also Co-Founder of QIMU Design, a studio focused on health, wellness, and accessibility. Her work has received over 20 international design awards, including the iF Design Award, Red Dot Design Award, Core77 Design Awards, the UX Design Awards, and the K-Design Award. Her award-winning projects include MELO, a tactile wearable that turns fidgeting into an emotional interface, and WE, a wellness platform for non-native speaking women, which she presented as a featured speaker in the UX Design Awards' official Deep Dive series. Her focus sits at the intersection of design craft and emerging technology, particularly how AI is reshaping the way digital products are designed and evaluated.
