Inspiration Patients with high blood pressure or diabetes and people who have a demand for fitness or weight loss are particularly concerned about their diets. However, lack of self-control is a major issue in adhering to their diets. Thus I have made stickers according to their dietary needs to overcome this issue. Concept In my design project, I marked food with green and red stickers for the target groups described above. Green indicates the food that is suitable for consumption while red represents the opposite. Design Question How to design a product that helps those who lack self-control in order to achieve better diets?
