Set moments from London's Oxford Street, Maroto is a private members club uniquely located beneath the Brazilian Consulate. The brief entailed development of a new brand and identity, underpinning the club's commitment to service and experience whilst simultaneously reflecting the site's rich South American heritage and 1930s art deco interiors. The result is a visual identity that balances a sophisticated colour palette with curated patterns inspired by Brazilian architectural elements. Complementing a refined logotype, key to an effective output was the use of texture to create a tactile experience between the brand and club members. The brand has subsequently been used across printed and digital media including menus and venue collateral, signage, wayfinding and merchandising.
