This approach maintains that the biggest opportunities can be realized, and the most complex challenges solved, by using a powerful combination of simplicity, common sense and determination. Globally recognized brands seek out Shawn’s expertise in building and refreshing brands, designing products and strategic business solutions, and his collaborative and transformational approach to identifying new business opportunities. In addition, he shares his knowledge with leaders, companies and universities to help transform insights, designs, technologies and capabilities into innovative solutions for sustainable growth and value-creation. Shawn helps executive teams transform large, multinational companies and passionate entrepreneurs launch new companies and brands. Following a life-changing trip to Malawi in March of 2004, Shawn is committed to finding creative and sustainable ways to make a measurable difference in the world by helping others realize their full potential. He sits on the board of The Honest Kitchen, is the co-founder of YouSchool and Y-Malawi?, and is on the advisory board of FEED Projects. He writes for FastCompany, PSFK and is a sought-after speaker. Shawn lives in southern California with his wife and three children, is a passionate surfer, a writer and a cultural voyeur.
